Instructions
Base
Knead all the ingredients into a uniform dough.
Roll it with a rolling pin to ca 1 cm thick.
Bake it at 180℃ for ca 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool down .
Spread the jam on top of the cold base.
Topping
Whip the egg whites and the sugar until you get stiff peaks.
Fold in the ground hazelnuts carefully.
Spread the mixture on top of the jam.
Bake on 180℃ for ca 10 minutes, keeping an eye, so it only gets a slight browning on the top.
